    Thank You. We particularly would like to commend Fernando [At reception]Nothing was too much trouble & is attendance to us was invaluable. We also appreciated the fact that the Front Door of te Hotel was locked, & no-one could enter with out the Door being Electronically opened by the Staff @ Reception. This gave us a good feeling of Security. We hope to visit again. Many thanks.

    Check in was fast and pleasant. The ability to check in our bags before we officially checked in was a huge help. We dropped off our bags and toured the city and checked in later that day. The staff were very helpful. Loved the room and the setting. It was more like my own Paris apartment than it was a hotel room. Very cool. Checkout was just as easy and again we were permitted to keep our bags at the hotel until our train left and that was great. Un-encumbered by our luggage we were able to get more out of our limited stay in Paris. Would defiantly stay here again.

    this is my 3rd stay here. always good - it's why i keep coming back. helpful, friendly staff. nice rooms. close to Gare du Nord. reasonably priced. i can't ask for more!

    Thank you for the very clean room and bathroom! We stayed in a quadruple room and the size of the room was perfect. The staff was very friendly and positive. The location was very good too! The only downside was that the room was too hot in the evening - so I think it needs a small aircon. Other than that everything was perfect! Thank you.
